Reaves C. Lukens, Jr. is actively involved in the completion of the company’s individual appraisal and counseling assignments. He works with a staff of two appraisers and five support personnel. Our appraisers are all Certified General Appraisers by the State of Pennsylvania. Richard F. Wolf is a member of the Appraisal Institute and Reaves (Trip) C. Lukens, III is a candidate for the MAI designation. Our appraisers have varying levels of experience ranging from 10 years to more than 40 years.
