SCOPE OF APPRAISAL AND COUNSELING ACTIVITY

Experience in real estate appraising and counseling has been intensive and varied since August, 1958. Virtually all types of real property have been studied over a wide geographical area. Extensive experience in land use and feasibility studies.

COURT TESTIMONY

 

 

 

 

Qualified as an Expert Witness before various judicial bodies of Philadelphia, Montgomery, Chester, Bucks and Delaware Counties in Pennsylvania, and Morris, Burlington, and Camden Counties in New Jersey, including Common Pleas Courts of Philadelphia, Chester, Montgomery and Bucks Counties; United States Tax Court; Tax Court of the State of New Jersey; Superior Court in Morris, Camden and Burlington Counties, New Jersey; United States District Court for Eastern and Western Pennsylvania; and Federal Bankruptcy Court, as well as numerous Boards of View, Juries of View and Boards of Revision of Taxes.

Served as Special Master during 1993 and 1994 for Judge Stewart Dalzell of the U.S. District Court, Eastern Pennsylvania District. Case involved multiple lawsuits at the State and Federal levels between a local municipality and a developer. The case was successfully resolved without litigation.
