Lukens & Wolf LLC was founded on January 1, 2011 by Reaves C. Lukens, Jr., Reaves C. "Trip" Lukens, III and Richard F. Wolf. Lukens & Wolf will continue the proud tradition of the Reaves C. Lukens Company which was founded in 1976 by Reaves C. Lukens, Jr.

Lukens & Wolf provides real estate appraisal and consulting services. The Company specializes in appraising commercial and industrial real estate and has established a reputation of providing quality appraisals and real estate related guidance throughout the Philadelphia region and from east to west and north to south across the U.S.

Lukens & Wolf carries into the fourth decade the Reaves C. Lukens Company tradition of providing exceptional valuation and counseling services within the real estate industry. The entire team brings over 100 years of real estate experience to the table.

Reaves C. Lukens, Jr. MAI, SRA, CRE

Reaves C. Lukens, Jr. is the founder of the Reaves C. Lukens Company. After establishing the firm in 1976, he has presided over its growth and cultivated the company's fine reputation. He specializes in intensive and varied appraisal and counseling assignments covering all aspects and all types of real estate.

Reaves is perhaps best known for his capabilities as an expert witness in complex litigation on real estate matters. He has qualified as an expert in many courts across the country. Since 1968, Reaves has been actively involved in the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers now the Appraisal Institute including teaching many of the courses at various colleges and universities, serving on the National Governing Council and as National President. Additionally, he has served on the Lower Merion Planning Commission and the Lower Merion School Board. (View Full Bio)


Reaves C. "Trip" Lukens, III, MAI, CRE

Trip joined his father after college in 1992 and has concentrated on the appraisal of commercial and industrial real estate. He has significant experience in the analysis and appraisal of power plants, office buildings, hotels, apartments, industrial buildings and shopping centers.

Trip has qualified as an expert witness in the common pleas courts of Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties as well as Federal District Court and Bankruptcy Court.

Trip uses his real estate and business experience to give back to his community where he serves as the Vice Chairman of the Tredyffrin Township Planning Commission. (View Full Bio)

 

Richard F. Wolf, MAI, CRE

Richard joined Reaves C. Lukens Company in 1997. He concentrates on the appraisal and analysis of a diverse range of real estate including stone quarries, residential sub-division land and conservation easements. Assignments range from an equestrian facility, a million square foot R & D facility, a 600+ unit residential subdivision and an 800,000+ square foot manufacturing plant.

Richard has qualified as an expert witness in the common pleas court of Chester and Montgomery Counties, various Boards of View and tax appeal hearings.

Richard has used his business experience to give back to his community. He is the past Chairman of the Skippack Township Planning Commission, a former member of the Central Perkiomen Valley Regional Planning Commission, and a prior member of the Skippack Open Space Committee. (View Full Bio)
