-complete production of all types of reports (from proposal letter to invoice)

-property types include: land, office, industrial, commercial, special use, etc.

Appraisal Apprentice/Researcher. Ground-floor opportunity for college grad to learn commercial real estate appraisal. Good writing & computer skills a must; previous real estate experience (sales, mngmnt, etc.) a plus. Challenging assignments; good advancement opportunity.

Duties will include: Work under senior appraisers to gather, organize, and analyze real estate sale and lease data, using a variety of sources, including online resources; research, organize, and summarize general real estate-related news from periodicals, professional journals and newsletters, and other sources; aid in compiling property descriptions; assist in miscellaneous office tasks such as preparing proposals, job tracking, and client billings.
