ASSIGNMENTS

Our company completes 150 to 200 valuation and/or counseling assignments per year, totaling $750 million to over $1 billion in value. Property types appraised are apartment complexes, multi-use facilities, hotels, retirement facilities and nursing homes, offices, a broad range of industrial facilities (from warehouses to steel plants, power plants and shipyards), shopping centers, raw land and special use properties such as sports and entertainment arenas. We have extensive experience in  litigation support including  condemnations, bankruptcies, tax appeals, partnership disputes, etc. and complex property appraisal.

Although most of our assignments are in the greater Philadelphia metropolitan area, assignments have been completed on properties in Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Georgia, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Texas, Virginia and Washington.
